    Harrisburg, PA – On Friday April 24 the Harrisburg City Islanders will go on the road to play against the Charlotte Independence, formerly Charlotte Eagles, at Transamerica Field. The Islanders will be trying to get their first win on the road this season.
    Harrisburg picked up their first points of the season in a 2-1 win against USL-PRO newcomer FC Montreal last Saturday on City Island.

    The Harrisburg City Islanders announced today that the club has added four loanees from the Philadelphia Union, the team’s official MLS affiliate, for their home opener against FC Montreal.
    Forwards Antoine Hoppenot, Jimmy McLaughlin, Dzenan Catic and defender Richie Marquez will join the club for Saturday’s match.

    The 5-foot-10, 158-pound Cruz from Ilha Solteira, São Paulo, Brazil started his professional career with Brazil’s Ituano F.C. in 2009 before transferring to G.D.

    Midfielder, Danny DiPrima, returns for his second season with the Isles. Appearing in 13 games, tallying 423 minutes on the pitch, DePrima dished-out one assist for the City Islanders.
    Prior to joining the Islanders in 2014, the 5-foot-9 midfielder played collegiately for North Carolina State University.
