    Harrisburg, PA (May 24, 2016) – City Islanders FC picked up their second USL win in three days and their third win over all with a 2-1 win over Toronto FC II at Clipper Magazine Stadium in front of an attendance 1,531 on Tuesday night.
    Paul Wilson and Aaron Wheeler duplicated City’s efforts from Sunday night by combining for two quick goal in the first half.

    Harrisburg, PA (May 23, 2016) – After finding three points for the first time in over a month against Bethlehem Steel FC on Sunday night, the City Islanders will take on Toronto FC II at Clipper Magazine Stadium Tuesday, May 24 at 7 p.m.

    City found a win against their newest USL instate rival because of two early back-to-back goals from Aaron Wheeler in less than two minutes.

    05/22/16 MATCH REPORT: City Islanders Defeat Bethlehem in First Ever Matchup

    Harrisburg, PA (May 22, 2016) – The City Islanders already have one instate rival in the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and after taking down the newest USL team in Pennsylvania by a final of 3-1 in Clipper Magazine Stadium, they may have created a second.
    Bethlehem Steel FC came into the match on a five game undefeated streak, while City had only one victory in their last five USL outings.

    05/19/16 City Islanders Advance to Third Round of U.S. Open Cup After Defeating West Chester United

    Harrisburg, PA (May 18, 2016) – The City Islanders advanced to the Third Round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup after defeating West Chester United Soccer Club 2-0. The club will travel to Chattanooga, Tennessee for their next Open Cup test against NPSL-side Chattanooga FC on June 1.

    05/09/16 MATCH REPORT: City Islanders Fall Short to Charleston Battery

    Harrisburg, PA (May 9, 2016) – City Islanders FC fell to the Charleston Battery in a 3-2 match that ended with City failing to get the equalizing goal on a penalty kick in stoppage time at home on Monday night.
    Brett Jankouskas, who came in just minutes prior, was pulled down from behind as he was making a dangerous run into Charleston territory.

    Harrisburg, PA (May 7, 2016) – City Islanders FC and FC Cincinnati played to a 1-1 draw in their first ever match in Harrisburg in front of 2,204 fans at FNB Field on Saturday night.
    Craig Foster broke the scoring open with a hard shot over the shoulder of the Cincinnati goalie to give the Islanders 1-0 lead less than 20 minutes into the game.

    04/29/16 Warshaw’s Red Card Upheld by Appeals Committee

    Harrisburg, PA (April 29, 2016) – The Appeals Committee announced today that they have upheld the red card issued to City Islanders FC captain Bobby Warshaw in the 83rd minute of the team’s 2-1 win over Orlando City B.
    Warshaw was issued a red card for a dangerous play when he attempted a bicycle kick and connected with Orlando defender Keegan Smith.

    Harrisburg, PA (April 25, 2016) – Nick Noble faced a barrage of shots in City Islanders FC’s first victory at home of the 2016 season in a heated 2-1 match up against Orlando City B.
    Shane Johnson got the game winner and his first goal of the year to give the Islanders their first lead on City Island this season. Noble was huge in preserving the win and the three points at home.

    MELBOURNE, Fla. – Cardel Benbow scored the lone goal in the 60th minute to lead the Harrisburg City Islanders to a 1-0 victory against Orlando City B on Saturday at the Titan Soccer Complex.
    Harrisburg earned its first win of the season, improving to 1-2-0 (3 points) while Orlando dropped to 0-2-1 (1 point).

    Harrisburg, PA (April 2, 2016) – Keasel Broome joins the Islanders this season following a season with the New York Cosmos and the Barbados national football team in 2015.
    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
    Broome was selected in the 3rd Round of the 2015 MLS SuperDraft by the San Jose Earthquakes but was ultimately not signed. On April 1, 2015 Broome signed with NASL club New York Cosmos.

    The Harrisburg City Islanders fell 5-1 to Louisville FC and took a step back in their push for the playoffs last night at Skyline Sports Complex.
    Harrisburg came out flat on both ends of the pitch and it cost them dearly. Matt Fondy, Louisville’s leading scorer punched home four goals, three in the first half, to knock the Islanders out of the game before they could even get going.

    RICHMOND, Va. – In an ending that was filled with late minute dramatics, the Richmond Kickers picked up three crucial points, beating the Harrisburg City Islanders 4-2 at City Stadium.
    George Davis IV scored the game-winning goal in the 88th minute and Jason Yeisley scored his second goal in the 90th to put the match away.
