    CINCINNATI – FC Cincinnati earned its third consecutive league victory with a 3-0 win against the Harrisburg City Islanders in front of a crowd of 18,334 at Nippert Stadium on Saturday night after two lightning delays – one in either half – delayed proceedings.

    The Harrisburg City Islanders stretched their undefeated streak to three games with a 1-1 draw against the Charlotte Independence on Tuesday night at FNB Field.
    Harrisburg grabbed the lead early in the match from Ropapa Mensah’s second goal in as many games off a floating, direct pass from John Grosh who had just been substituted on.

    Although the Harrisburg City Islanders were without their leading scorer they were able to find their offense early and lean on their strong defense late to take a 2-0 win on Tuesday night against the New York Red Bulls II.
    Without Ribeiro in the lineup, the Islanders relied on a starting lineup that saw Paul Wilson and Cardel Benbow getting their first start together in a few matches.

    The Harrisburg City Islanders suffered their first loss at FNB Field on Saturday night in a 1-0 defeat at the hands of their instate rival, the Bethlehem Steel FC.
    Harrisburg continued to struggle within the attacking third of the pitch and paid for it in the second half when Bethlehem’s Captain, James Chambers, tallied the opening goal of the match in the 54th minute.

    The Harrisburg City Islanders advance to round 4 of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup after a victory in Reading, PA against Reading United A.C. (PDL).
    Danny DiPrima opened up the scoring for Harrisburg within the first 10 minutes of the first half. An assist from Pedro Ribeiro, a former Reading United player, gave the DiPrima the perfect opportunity to score and tally his third career goal in U.S.

The offense found some life Sunday as James Chambers, Seku Conneh and Cory Burke each tallied to lead Bethlehem to a 2-1 victory against the Harrisburg City Islanders at Goodman Stadium. Chambers scored his first of the season late in the first half.

    Harrisburg, PA (April 18, 2017) – The Harrisburg City Islanders extended their point streak to three games in a 1-1 draw with Orlando City B on Tuesday night at FNB Field.

    Harrisburg looked to have the three points in hand with a Tiago Calvano penalty kick conversion in the 80th minute but Orlando got the equalizer from Zach Carol with just minutes left in the game.
