Brandon Miller and Mouhamed Dabo Named to USL’s Team of the Week

Two Harrisburg City Islanders were named to the USL’s Team of the Week after two back-to-back wins in Week 17 of the regular season. Harrisburg’s goalkeep Brandon Miller and midfielder Mouhamed Dabo were both recognized for their outstanding performances on the field last week.
According to the USL, “Miller recorded seven saves across two shutouts, as the City Islanders claimed a pair of victories to move into Eastern Conference playoff positions” and “Dabo applied pressure across the midfield, registering 50 passes, two tackles and one chance created, as the City Islanders defeated the Richmond Kickers 1-0 on Saturday.”
After a double victory last week, the Harrisburg City Islanders now occupy the 8th spot in the USL’s Eastern Conference standings and have claimed a playoff spot among teams like the Charlotte Independence, whom they host tonight at FNB Field on City Island in Harrisburg, PA.
