Harrisburg, Pa (March 13, 2017) – Due to severe weather warnings, the preseason friendly between the Harrisburg City Islanders and the Bethlehem Steel has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 16 at YSC Sports in Wayne, PA.  The match was previously scheduled for Wednesday, March 15 at Millersville University’s Pucillo Field, but now Bethlehem will host the Islanders to close out Harrisburg’s preseason.

The Bethlehem Steel also come into the match undefeated having won all three of their preseason games, including two shutouts.

Last season, the Islanders were able to take the first two games of the season series by a combined 4-1 score and drew 2-2 with their new in-state foes in the final meeting of the season.

Harrisburg starts their 2017 USL regular season on March 25 at 7 p.m. against the Richmond Kickers. They return home to face the Steel in their home opener on Saturday, April 15 at 7 p.m. at FNB Field on City Island.
